Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or later must be installed on your computer to access a variety of documents and forms provided to you in the Portable Document Format (PDF format) on the HBW website.  The Acrobat Reader is available free and can be downloaded here.

Those unfamiliar with Adobe Acrobat Reader, the PDF format will enable you to read and/or print the printable data files from the website preserving the exact look and content of the originals, complete with fonts and graphics.
